Richard, 25, earned a diploma in social communication from ECOTECH (School of Communication and Technology of Haiti) and a license in law from FDSEG (Faculty of Law and Economics of Gonaives). He taught social sciences at Sibert High School near Port-au-Prince in Haiti and worked for a year at the Charity College of Saint Louis of Bourdon with underprivileged children and children with learning disabilities.
