Fr. Michael Rossmann, SJ, a native Iowan from Iowa City, first learned about the Society of Jesus from his mother who worked for a time at Creighton University. He entered the Jesuits following his 2007 graduation from the University of Notre Dame where he double majored in economics and theology. Before his 2017 ordination, he studied at Loyola University Chicago and Boston College, and spent a brief period at Creighton University's Schlegel Center for Service and Justice. Today, he serves as a vocation promoter for the Midwest Province. He finds the glory of God in LeBron James, cheap Indian buffets, and enjoying a cup of coffee while reading the Sunday New York Times. His goals in life are to meet Tina Fey and to get people to spell his last name with two Ns!
